Custom Fit Coaching

Our Custom Fit Coaching programs assess your current fitness level and goals, continually moving you to the next level in your wellness program. We develop customized exercise programs to fit your schedule, keep you motivated, and get results – without the guilt. We teach Intuitive Eating strategies that allow you to enjoy your favorite foods, never diet, and still achieve and maintain your body’s ideal weight.

Many of our clients thought the same way until they realized this was not some “magic in a bottle” or “fly by night” program. There is a very real, tangible, results-driven process behind the work we do with clients.

Not only do we take you through an easy and proven eight-step process to achieve Physical Wealth, but you will be personally guided through these eight steps on a weekly 20 to 30-minute phone appointment with your certified expert fitness coach. 

Your personal fitness coach will keep you accountable for your goals, help you overcome challenges with your exercise program, put together exercise plans tailored to your specific needs and give you new, progressive goals when you are ready to move to the next level. She is also available throughout each week to offer support when you need it – just call or email. As the name suggests, this is truly a custom-fit coaching program.

No matter where you are on the road to Physical Wealth, we will take the guesswork out of achieving the results you are seeking.
